Dear Guest,

Tumon Bel-Air will be your home away from home, complete with amenities and equipment so you can feel comfortable, safe and have an enjoyable stay in Guam. We are an apartment complex and the first serviced residence in Guam, and as such we would also like to remind you that, just like your home, you as the occupant will also have some responsibilities.

Your Information

Upon arrival, please provide us with copies of every occupant’s passport and accurate information and a copy of the credit card used to book with us. If booked via any booking agencies, please make sure you surrender the printed copy of their voucher to us.


Abide by all Tumon Bel-Air rules and regulations

Comply with NO SMOKING policy.
Comply with NO PARTIES INSIDE THE UNIT policy. In consideration to other occupants in the subdivision, guests are expected to be considerate of noise levels, privacy and safety.


Security

Please be cautious and conscious of your security. Please always lock your windows and your doors at all times. Keep your valuable items secured, in your luggage to prevent any loss. Tumon Bel-Air will not be liable for any losses.


Housekeeping

We have provided for you a thoroughly cleaned apartment unit with fresh linens, fresh towels and a laundry area/service area with a washing machine and a dryer for the upkeep of your unit during your stay. Please call us 24 hours in advance if you need extra housekeeping services. Our housekeeper would gladly service your apartment unit for a minimum of $60.00 (3 hour service) and$20.00 for every excess hour.


Supplies

Toiletries and other supplies are to be provided by the guests. We suggest that upon your arrival, briefly pass by Kmart (open 24 hours) so you can do your groceries before checking into Tumon Bel-Air.


No 24 hour front desk

Please let us know your expected arrival into Guam. Please email reservations@tumonbelair.com to give us your flight information and expected arrival. Upon arrival, guests are expected to call (671) 6853667 Ms. Lovely de Gracia. Our apartment complex is secured with a remote controlled security gate. We need to be informed that you will be arriving soon, so we can make sure the gates will be opened for you.

Thereafter, you will be provided with your own access to your apartment.


CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT TIME

Since we are receiving other guests before and after you arrive, please be aware that our check in time is strictly at 2:00PM and check out time is at 12:00 noon. Please make prior arrangements if the standard time will have to be adjusted.



TRANSPORTATION SERVICES:

The Lam Lam or Tram is available in all major hotels and shopping places such as KMART , MACYS , and GPO.

There's a Lam Lam Tram available every 15-30 minutes in each stop.

FROM TUMON BEL-AIR, JUST GO TO THE NEAREST HOTEL ON SAN VITORES ROAD- Bayview Hotel Guam - 1475 Pale San Vitores Road, Tumon Bay, Guam 96913

Directions: Right from Gate of Tumon Bel-Air, right on S. Marine Corps Drive (traffic light), left on first street- Pale San Vitores Road, Tumon Bay. You’ll see Bayview Hotel on your right.

AND GO TO THE LAM LAM OR TRAM BUS STOP. THAT SHOULD TAKE YOU TO OTHER HOTELS AND SHOPPING CENTERS.

There are designated Bus and Trolley Stops in the Main tourist Areas like in Hotels in Tumon and Tamuning, Latte Stone Park (nearby is the Plaza Espana and Cathedral and the Chocolate House), Two Lovers Point, Chamorro Village, Guam Premium Outlets, Micronesia Mall, K-Mart, Agana Shopping Center. A Single ride costs $ 4 for any length of trip so your best bet is to get a 5 day unlimited pass ticket for $ 25 ($ 30 if you want free Wi-Fi use included in the buses or at the Bus stops for 120 hours). You can buy the tickets at any Trolley Bus Drivers and at designated. There are designated Bus and Trolley Stops in the Main tourist Areas like in Hotels in Tumon and Tamuning, Latte Stone Park (nearby is the Plaza Espana and Cathedral and the Chocolate House), Two Lovers Point, Chamorro Village, Guam Premium Outlets, Micronesia Mall, K-Mart, Agana Shopping Center. Bus Services Start at 9:30 am up to 9:30 pm everyday . THERE ARE SEVERAL TROLLEY BUS ROUTES AVAILABLE and they are COLOR CODED so be sure to know what route is.
